Characteristics

Belt Carcass: EP fabric with high modulus,low shrink,and high breaking tensile strength.

Cover Rubber: EPDM Rubber or Chlorobutadiene Rubber, with good high temperature resistance.

(1) Having made extra care of assembling and vulcanizing after mixing rubber with high temperature resistant materials.

(2) Having very high adhesion due to the special treatment of coating and shaping,

(3) Having low elongation and excellent anti-abrasion,under normal working temperature of below 180℃.

(4) Can bear 250℃ high temperature for a short time.

Usage

The belt is suitable for use in cement.metalluraical and steel industry.
