Performance:

1. Low elongation

That the carcass is specially designed and dipped with rubber makes the belt has low elasticity and permanent elongation and reduces the tension stroke and spicing.

2. High modulus and good trough ability

The belt carcass is woven by polyester fiber in the warp and nylon fiber in the weft which provide a high modulus and good trough ability.

3. The belt type and thickness are optional

For different applications, with different covering rubber, ZOLAY designs varieties of nylon belts such as common type, heat resistant type, high temperature resistant type, burning resistant type, wear resistant type, flame retardant type, anti-static type, acid & alkali resistant type, oil resistant type.
